Hello! I have been researching my ancestry on my mother's side of the family and have come across an Ephriam Scott Trevor Kimbel on ancestry.com. It says that he was born in Kent, Delaware in 1569. That seemed a bit early to me for there to have been European settlers in Delaware at that time so I googled the history of Kent and came across a link to this page. I was wondering if there were any information that you may possibly be able to provide to figure out if this is, in fact, correct information? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so very much!

I'm searching for information regarding an online post I found regarding SLOOPs in Maryland. The post suggested that "William Sloop" was living in Kent Co. about 1767 & 1768. Any information on William, or any other Sloop families in Maryland c. 1700's much appreciated.

I am looking for information about the following families,
Samuel Bramble who married Rachel Stokes 17 Sept 1827. Rachel was the daughter of Horatio was born 1780 in Md. and lived in Kent county. He had 4 children that I have been able to find. Rachel, above, Sarah, Henrietta and a son Peter. In a deed Samuel gives some land to Rachel's sister Sarah Stokes Middleton. Sarah Middleton was married to James Middleton 3 June 1813. In the 1850 Census there is a Mary A Bramble 9 living with Sarah Middleton. I am actually trying to find the parents of this Mary Ann Bramble.b. abe 1849.
Can you help any at all. They all were from Kent County I believe.
Thanking you in advance. Ann Brown
